Get to know a bright new musical talent when Music on Main introduces Chris Morano, the first artist chosen for the new Emerge on Main programme. Chris will play a stunnigly virtuosic programme of rarely heard music, including David Rakowski’s Absofunkinglutley.
Then find yourself in the midst of a revolution, albeit a small one: the ‘ukulele has returned from pop culture exile and become a tonic for modern malaise the world over. Tonight’s concert at Heritage Hall features one of the world’s most amazing — and amazingly warm — ‘ukulele players, James Hill. You won’t believe your ears.
